Terms and Conditions for Aroma Quartz Candle Making Workshop
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering for the candle making workshop ("Workshop") offered by Aroma Quartz ("us", "we"). By registering for the Workshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Workshop Registration
1.1. Registration for the Workshop is subject to availability. Aroma Quartz reserves the right to refuse registration based on availability or any other reasonable grounds.
1.2. Workshop registration is considered complete only upon receipt of full payment.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
2.1. Aroma Quartz does not offer refunds for cancellations.
2.2. As a goodwill gesture and at the discretion of Aroma Quartz, if you need to cancel your Workshop participation, we may offer you a space on an alternative workshop date, subject to availability. During periods of high demand and seasonal workshops, this gesture is not permitted under any circumstances.
2.3. If you provide less than 14 days' notice of cancellation, Aroma Quartz reserves the right to not offer you a space on a different workshop date.
2.4. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration to secure your spot. This deposit is non-transferable to other workshops or individuals.
2.5. In the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent your attendance, the deposit cannot be refunded. If Aroma Quartz cancels a workshop due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen issues, your deposit will be fully refunded.
2.6. A payment link for the remaining balance will be sent on the Friday of the week prior to the event date. If the balance is not paid before 7 days prior to the event, the participant will automatically lose their space and deposit. Aroma Quartz operates a one reminder policy.
3. Age Restriction and Entry
3.1. Those over the age of 16 years old and above will be allowed to participate in the workshop with the supervision of their parent or legal guardian. A waiver will need to be completed by the legal guardian prior to the commencement of the workshop.
3.2. Aroma Quartz may request valid identification to verify the age of attendees. If an attendee is unable to provide satisfactory proof of being 18 years or older, entry to the Workshop will be refused, and no refund will be given.
4. Participant Responsibilities
4.1. Attendees are required to bring their own apron to the Workshop for personal protection.
4.2. Aroma Quartz cannot be held responsible for any damages to clothing or personal belongings during the Workshop.
4.3. Attendees are responsible for their own safety during the Workshop and must follow all instructions provided by Aroma Quartz staff.
5. Health and Safety Guidelines
5.1. Aroma Quartz is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all participants. Attendees must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the staff, including but not limited to proper handling of materials and tools.
5.2. In case of any accidents, injuries, or medical emergencies, please notify the Aroma Quartz staff immediately.
5.3. Participants are advised to wear appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes to minimize the risk of injury.
6. Liability
6.1. Aroma Quartz takes reasonable precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable Workshop experience. However, Aroma Quartz shall not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, damages, or losses that may occur during the Workshop.
6.2. Attendees participate in the Workshop at their own risk and are responsible for their own well-being and property.
7. Media Release
7.1. By participating in the Workshop, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes by Aroma Quartz.
7.2. Aroma Quartz reserves the right to use any photos or videos taken during the Workshop in marketing materials, on social media, or on the company website without compensation to the participant.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, in the Workshop materials provided by Aroma Quartz, shall remain the sole property of Aroma Quartz.
8.2. Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or use any Workshop materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Aroma Quartz.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
9.2. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.
10. Modifications
10.1. Aroma Quartz reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated version on Aroma Quartz's website or through other means of communication.
10.2. It is the responsibility of the attendee to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any updates or changes.
By registering for the Workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
