Retail Store Refund Policy and Information

Eligibility for Refunds

At Aroma Quartz, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our retail stores, we are here to help. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt) is required for all returns.

Store Credit Only

Please note that we do not offer refunds to the original payment method. All approved returns will be issued as store credit. Store credit can be used for future purchases at any of our retail locations and does not expire.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Perishable goods
  • Items that have been used or damaged after purchase

Return Process

To return an item, please bring it to the Aroma Quartz store where it was purchased along with your receipt. Our staff will assist you with the return process and issue store credit accordingly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please return it to the store where it was purchased as soon as possible. We will provide a replacement or store credit for the item.

Consumer Rights

Your statutory rights are not affected by our return policy. Under UK consumer law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement for faulty goods. If you believe your item is faulty, please bring it to our attention immediately.
