Your Aroma Quartz candle is more than just a candle. It is a ritual. Our Candle Refill Subscription allows you to keep your favourite vessel burning beautifully again and again, with refills delivered to your door each month.

When you join, you will receive a complimentary Aroma Quartz candle jar in your first month, along with your first refill. From there, your monthly refill arrives ready to pour so you can continue enjoying your candle with less waste and more intention.

As a subscriber, you will also enjoy 10% off every refill, making it easier to keep your favourite scent in your home.

The Ritual of Refill

Each refill is hand poured in small batches in our Shrewsbury studio using natural coconut wax, cotton wicks and vegan fragrance oils. The result is the same clean, slow burn and long lasting fragrance you love, simply designed to be refilled rather than replaced.

How It Works

1. Choose your scent when you sign up. (You can change your scent anytime in your subscriber portal, or choose our Discovery option and let us surprise you. Each month we send one of the team’s favourite scents.)
2. Receive your free Aroma Quartz candle jar and first refill in month one.
3. Your refill will then renew monthly on the same date you joined.

Subscriptions have a minimum three month commitment. After this, you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time.

How to refill your candle

1. Finish your candle fully
Allow your candle to burn all the way down before refilling for the best fit and performance.

2. Remove any remaining wax
Place your empty vessel in hot water to gently melt any leftover wax.

3. Clean your vessel
Pour away the melted wax, then wash the jar with warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly.

4. Prepare your refill
Peel the film sticker from the base of your refill. This secures it in place once inserted.

5. Insert your refill
Place the refill pod into your clean, dry jar and press down firmly but gently to secure.

6. Light and enjoy
Your candle is ready to be enjoyed again.

Taking a little extra care of your candle will help you get the most from every burn, ensuring a clean, even flame and a long-lasting fragrance.

On your first burn

Allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the jar. This helps prevent tunnelling and creates an even burn for future use.

Trim your wick

Keep your wick trimmed to around 5mm before each burn. This helps maintain a steady flame and reduces soot.

Burn time

We recommend burning your candle for 2 to 4 hours at a time. This allows a full melt pool to form without overheating the vessel.

Keep the wax clean

Avoid getting dust, debris, or wick trimmings into the wax to ensure a clean burn.

Extinguishing your candle

Use a snuffer or gently blow out the flame. Avoid dipping the wick into the wax, as this can affect the scent and burn quality.
